*This mock is made under the impression that Kirk Cousins departs for Cleveland in Free Agency.*1. Round 1, Pick 4: Josh Rosen, QB (UCLA)
**TRADE**
Cleveland Browns Send: 4th Overall pick
Washington Redskins Send: 2018 1st Round Pick, 2018 3rd Round Pick, 2019 1st Round Pick
Rosen is the most gifted passer of this group. I could go all the way back to his freshman tape to see that. He can make every throw in the book. There's natural arm talent here for a prospect with the frame (6-foot-4, 218 pounds) and pocket ability to fit a pro scheme on the first day of camp. Plus, Rosen has been asked to carry the load for a UCLA team that lacks a defensive identity. It's squarely on the arm of Rosen to lead this program, just as he did during the epic Week 1 comeback win over Texas A&M. Drive the team down the field and deliverer a dime on the back-shoulder fade in the final minute. That still jumps out to me. Put the ball in Rosen's hands and go get a win. That's leadership on the field.
2. Round 2, Pick 14: D.J. Moore, WR (Maryland)
Maryland record-breaking receiver DJ Moore will skip his senior season to enter the NFL draft. Moore was selected first-team All-Big Ten after setting a school record with 80 catches for 1,033 yards. He also scored eight touchdowns. Moore ends his Maryland career with 146 receptions, fifth-most in school history. His 17 TD catches rank fourth, and he is only the fifth Terrapin to amass more than 2,000 yards receiving. Maryland coach DJ Durkin says, "We'll miss him as a member of our team, but could not be more proud to have him represent us in the NFL." Moore excelled in 2017 even though Maryland used five quarterbacks and finished 4-8. He says, "I have had an incredible three years playing for the Terps and I will truly miss playing in front of our fans." - AP College Football
3. Round 4, Pick 14: Jordan Thomas, CB (Oklahoma)
With seven interceptions the last two years, and plenty of other pass breakups, Thomas has become a leader of the Oklahoma secondary. An experienced defensive back, his decision to return for his senior season could pay dividends, as he could come out as one of the most polished corners in next year’s draft.
4. Round 5, Pick 14: David Bellamy, LB (Georgia)
5. Round 6, Pick 14: Da’Shawn Hand, DL (Alabama)
6. Round 7, Pick 14: Akrum Wadley, RB (Iowa)
7. Round 7, Pick 23: Hunter Renfrow, WR (Clemson)
